Not quite right? Exchange within 7 days — unworn and in its box.

Not exchangeable

• Earrings and nose pins once worn, for hygiene.
• Personalised or resized pieces.

Plating wore off within six months? We will replate or replace it.

How to start

• Call or message us with your order number, or use Track Order to find it.
• Tell us what is wrong and, if possible, send a photo.
• We arrange the pickup or replacement — usually within 2–3 days.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the way you paid — bKash, Nagad or card — within 3–7 working days after we receive the item. For cash on delivery we refund by bKash or Nagad. Need help? Write to hello@nupur.example.
